@Jitendra there's a lot of documentation on the Blue Prism Portal covering this.
At a very high level, Win 32 and Active Accessibility modes are primarily used for Windows applications. The latter is sometimes used in Web automation, especially when not using Internet Explorer.
HTML Mode only works with Internet Explorer for Web automation.
Region Mode is used for Surface Automation, essentially handling the application as a series of images.
