Running excel macro issue

Hi, I recently stumbled upon a problem that I couldn't solve when running a macro from excel. The macro essentially compares one column in workbook B with another column in workbook A and highlights the differences. However, when I open the excel files via Blue Prism, the macro no longer works. The macro lives in the B workbook. Even when I run the macro manually in excel after launching the two instances from blue prism, I get the subscript out of range error in excel that it's seemingly not recognizing the other workbook. I appreciate any help, I presume it possibly has something to do with one of the instances running in the background/foreground but I'm not sure how to solve this issue.

fixed issue, had to use utility - file management to bring both files into a collection and then access them then I was able to run the macro without issue.
