Error - Highlighting results - No matching windows found

Hello,

I am trying to spy a pop up type of element in Windows Based Application ( a kind of Pop-up which comes after right click).

After spying, I am getting the error(No matching windows found). I think this error is coming because, the screen after right clicking is not active.

Could someone help
