Could you brainstorm on how to place a dynamic way to choose if the robot is to fetch input ('.xlsx' file) for the process.
Case is following, Interact is priority but in case it is down, the robot should attempt to go to action "Get Mail" from Outlook VBO.
Is there any way to perform a check or create a session variable so that process could handle that and the developer wouldn't need to rewrite the workflow.
I can do the both but there has been many issues with Outlook Profile Maintenance so this Outlook thing is rather thought of as a back up.
Perhaps just use "Get Next Item" from Interact WQ and if no items are fetched then the robot should double check the email?
