Blue Prism Mapi Ex Error

Hi ,

I have BP 6.2. I have executed mapi Ex 1.15 and MAPI dlls got saved to x86(program files). I copied them and pasted them to program files (64) inside BP automate folder where I have the other DLLs...

So I have a process where I selected a Action as Configure and then another Action as Send Email...

I get the following error
"Failure in Send Mail function of Blue Prism Extended MAPI Automation. Failed to initialise MAPIEx (A MAPI Error occurred : 0x80004005 : MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED)"

Can anyone guide me here ....
