Work book Issue

I am getting the below issue when trying to open a workbook

It opens up when i run the code again a second time. Why am i facing this issue.
Could you please help me with the same

Close instance correctly and re run it works fine. Other wise check the file name

Hi,

Check if you have provided the correct handle number to the open workbook action stage, if it is correct already then check you have given the full path along with the file name in the file name field of the open workbook action stage.
Example: if the file is in C drive named as book.xlsx then the file name field in the open workbook action should be "C:\book.xlsx"
