Trying to compare two data collections and selecting the matched one

Is this possible to do without excel?

I am attempting to compare one data collection (which is extracted from one spot) to see if it may match another data collection (using get all items) from another spot. If they match, i would like to select that item from the drop down list.

Have you tried looping collection one , inside the loop (coolection 1) have an action to filter the second collection using your current value from your collection 1, while inside the loop check rows returned from the filter, while inside the loop the next step will the a decision rowcount > 0? and from there you can work out the rest of the flow depending on whether its yes or no
