Trust Portal configuration to use with Blue Prism

Hi there,
I am unable to configure trust portal to connect to Blue prism. I am using windows GUI Trust Portal Agent Configurator. I am able to successfully test the TrustPortal Connection to my TrustPortal api but I am unable to connect to BluePrism. Upon clicking the "test" button under "BluePrism Connection" tab, I get the following error message.

Unable to log in to BluePrism instance at http://localhost:8181/ws/ code: NotFound reason: Not Found, please check documentation on diagnosing BluePrism error messages

In the documentation on diagnosing BluePrism, it says, i need to have an account that has permissions in Blue Prism to receive SOAP requests. My question is, How can I know if my account has SOAP permissions?
