We are using MS Outlook Email VBO -> action -> Get Received Email (Expert).
It is working fine debug mode also on development server control room.
but when we moved code to production server it is giving Item count = 0 on first run, many times we when we rerun the process, so after 2nd or 3rd run it gives actual item count (like 4... if 4 mails are present).
Not sure it never give wrong output in dev machine from debug and control room but why it is not giving correct output in production env.
- MS outlook remain open on runtime resource of production, when this actions runs, still it is not able to fetch any mail
- There is not issue with mail time.. as in first run it gives 0 output whereas in 2nd or 3rd run (immediate after 1st run) it gives the correct item count of mails.
- Query used to download mails -
@SQL=(urn:schemas:httpmail:datereceived >= '08-07-2020 12:01 AM') AND
((urn:schemas:httpmail:fromname LIKE '%Navin%') OR (urn:schemas:httpmail:fromname LIKE '%RIA%'))
(here date is a variable)
