How to use the Utility - HTTP HTTP Request

Hi, im using the Request HTTP Action on the Utility - HTTP of BluePrism, I have a doubt of how I am using it because it almost never works... It only works when I go to the URL first on internet explorer manually and then run action on blue prism... The error cames up when it fails is "Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required", I already using it with both, Force Pre Autorization True and False...

try to fill up set user name and password in request parameter may be it will work
Proxy user name-your user name
proxy password - your password

Set use proxy true and fill proxy username and password.

What should I put on Proxy URL?? it doesnt let me leave it in blank
