How to hover already spied elements

Hello...can anyone tell me how to hover..only as I font want to click on that..but just to put the mouse over the elrment that I have already spied..but it's not able to read the values

So values are shown when you hover over the element, and you want to select one of those values? Is that the issue? Are the values displayed when you single-click on the element? Can you provide a screenshot showing the curor hovered over the element and displaying the values?
