Exception:Internet Explorer has stopped Working?

Hi All,

i have a two web applications, BOT will navigate one web application to second application back and forth to do required process . sporadically internet explorer throwing some error Some thing Like: "Internet Explorer has stopped Working". Please find Attachment for it. How can i handle this?
i tried to spy error in one of the above application object blue prism is hanging or not responding.
Is there a way i can handle this kind of error?

If you are facing problem of internet explorer not working properly then follow some basic steps bellow here:
Update your video driver
Click Update All to automatically download and install the correct version of window
Disable add-ons
