Excel Collection - Pulling 50 rows..........all blank

Hello,
Has anyone experienced an excel collection pulling rows but all data being blank? I have two types of excel formats coming into my process. One template it reads everything with no problems, the other one it pulls 50 rows but all data is blank. I tried changing formatting but not having any luck.

Any ideas?

Hi Jon
It seems that you have no the first row as header since collection column names are automatically populated using default BP nomenclature (eg. column1, column2, etc). I suppose you are using standard Excel VBO. Could you please double check the file path to ensure you are assessing the right file?
