Error: An error occurred while refreshing the environment list

Hi,

I am running a process which is downloading some reports for SAP. Blueprism is running in a client server architecture(seprately hosted app server and then running the process on run-time resource).

It starts executing but in between breaks or slows downs and I get the following error.

An error occurred while refreshing the environment list: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ReliableRequestSessionChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

Could someone please help in this regard

Could you please let me know as i am also facing similar kind of issue while running from control room
