Collection field update

I want to update a collection from another one that is generated later in a process, can't get the field filled with the correct information, the same fill is overwrite every time the loop runs... any ideas?

If I use copy rows, it includes the entire previous collection.
Will try to be more specific:

If there is a difference between two rows (bank acc and results), I want the rows to be included in a new collection. If there is no difference, then it is not to be included
