Getting below error in Control Room when we schedule and Run the Bot from Control Room in Automation Anywhere with virtual machine closed ,Locked or Logged off

Hi Sathish,

Make sure you set the Windows Login Credentials in Tools -> Options -> Login Settings. You also need to check the checkboxes.

On top of Sania's solution please restart the bot runner after you make the changes in the Login Settings. It works for me.

Kindly ensure the below Prerequisites:

1.Automation Anywhere auto login service should be running in windows
2. User credentials should be pre configured
