Just needs some ideas on how this would work. I am a brand new Automation Anywhere user. Can anyone provide any detail on setting up folders and linking specific bots and runners to that folder?

I have a process that is failing because it can't find a network folder. The process will fail. When our controller logs off and logs in (same credentials) the folder is found. Can anyone give me somewhere to look why this is and what I can do to mitigate? Many thanks in advance.
