Could be possible you installed the MAPIEx in C:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate instead of C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate. Reinstal the MAPIEx to the right location and restart BP.

The problem I faced with the Error: "Method's type signature is not Interop compatible", was that I was trying to write a TimeSpan data item into the Excel file. Didn't work so changed the TimeSpan data item to a Text data item
